I have been a resident in the Gwinnett County area since 2000.  Before relocating to the area, I lived in Savannah, where I was born and raised.

I am a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA with a B.S and M.S. and the University of Georgia with an ED.S, all in elementary education.  I am currently a full time educator for Gwinnett County Public Schools.  I have been teaching since 1996.

 

I have been married to Mark, originally from Norcross, since 2005, and we have an amazing son, Ian.  We reside in the beautiful city of Berkeley Lake.

I have been decorating since 2007 and established Brenda Bakes in 2011.  I have had the pleasure creating some fantastic celebration cakes for many people in Gwinnett County and surrounding areas.  My cakes are great looking, but most importantly, great tasting!

Brenda Bakes, LLC is an online only, single owner operation.  I am licensed through the city of Berkeley Lake and the Georgia Department of Agriculture.  I am also Servsafe Manager certified.
